We link to the most current U.S. State Department Visa Bullletin. The Bulletin sets forth critical U.S. State Department processing dates in relation to case priority dates for employment-based, family-based, and DV cases. Please be advised that when the priority date becomes current on a given month’s Bulletin, action on the case (e.g., the filing of an Adjustment-of-Status) may commence on the first calandar day that shows a current priority date on the respective Visa Bulletin. Generally, cases filed too early will be rejected by USCIS.
